What does your business need on the road?

Vans, pickups, tippers and company cars. Tap to start.

Can you supply any make or model?

We quote across the main commercial manufacturers. Availability, factory lead time and price depend on what the market is offering when you order, so treat any figure on this site as a guide price. We confirm the exact vehicle, term, mileage and monthly rental in writing before anything is agreed — and we’ll tell you honestly if we can’t get what you’ve asked for.

What we do

Business contract hire, direct from the company you lease from

FleetMe leases vans, pickups, tippers, Lutons, dropsides and company cars to UK businesses on business contract hire. You lease directly from us, so the hire agreement is between your business and FleetMe — one written quote, one fixed monthly rental, one company to call. VAT-registered businesses can normally reclaim the VAT on van rentals.

A fixed monthly cost

One rental figure for the whole term, agreed up front. It goes into your forecast once and stays there — no residual value to guess at, no resale to chase.

VAT you can reclaim

If you are VAT-registered, the VAT on van rentals is normally recoverable in full where the van is used for business. Cars are treated differently — check your position with your accountant.

Depreciation is our risk

You are hiring the vehicle, not buying it. What it is worth in three years is ours to carry, not a number you have to manage on the way out.

New limited companies considered

Commercial underwriting weighs the business, the directors and affordability — not just years of filed accounts. No filed accounts needed to be considered.

How it works

Three steps, and a real answer at the end of it

1

Tell us what the job needs

Body type, payload, the term and the annual mileage you want. About a minute, and no documents at this stage.

2

We price it and put it in writing

Your quote sets out the vehicle, the monthly rental, the initial rental, the term and the mileage. Usually the same working day.

3

We order it and agree a delivery date

We handle the order and the paperwork, and agree a delivery date with you before anything is signed. Then it is a fixed line in your monthly numbers.

Find the vehicle that fits the job

Working to a monthly budget? Tell us the number and the job and we will come back with what fits.

We lease to businesses across England and Wales and deliver to your business address — there are no depots or showrooms to drive to. Each city page carries the local detail, clean-air zones included.

Straight about how we work

FleetMe is a new company, and we would rather say so than dress it up. What that means in practice: the prices here are guide prices, not quotes; nothing is agreed until you have the figures in writing; and if the numbers do not work, or we cannot get the vehicle you want, we will tell you instead of stringing you along.

Questions, answered

Who is the lease agreement with?

With FleetMe. You hire the vehicle from us on business contract hire, so there is one company to deal with from the quote through to delivery and the end of the term.

Can a new limited company lease a van?

Often, yes. New limited companies are genuinely considered — commercial underwriting looks at the business, its directors and what it can afford, so you do not need years of filed accounts. Every application is assessed on its own facts, and we will tell you honestly if we cannot help.

Can my business reclaim the VAT on a van lease?

If your business is VAT-registered, the VAT on van rentals is normally recoverable in full where the van is used for business. Cars are treated differently and recovery is usually restricted. Your accountant can confirm your own position.

Are the prices on this site quotes?

No — every monthly figure on the site is a guide price. Your actual rental depends on the exact vehicle and specification, the contract term, the annual mileage and your business’s credit profile. We confirm the real figure in writing before anything is agreed.

Is there a credit check?

Yes. Business contract hire involves a credit assessment of the business, and usually of its directors too. That is a normal part of the process, and we will explain plainly what the decision means either way.

How quickly will I get an answer?

We aim to give a decision in principle the same working day in most cases, once we have the basics about the business and the vehicle you want.

Where does FleetMe operate?

We are based in Telford, Shropshire and work with businesses across England and Wales.

Need a price on your next vehicle?

Tell us what you need it for, how long you need it and the mileage you work to. We come back with a written quote — usually the same working day.
