Is this price a quote?

No. It is the rate we have been given for these 5 vehicles and it is a guide until it is confirmed in writing. Your written quote names the vehicle, the term, the mileage and the monthly rental, and that is the figure that counts. Nothing is committed before it.

Why is this 12 months when the rest of the site says up to 12?

Because they are two different things. Our standing range is the vehicles we hold a rate for, on terms of up to 12 months, and that is what the stock list shows. A featured deal is a specific vehicle at a specific price on the term it comes with. This one is 12 months. If you want the same van on a shorter term, ask and we will price it from the range instead.

What if the 5 have gone?

We will tell you straight away and show you what else we can get at a comparable rate. We will not quietly move you onto a different vehicle or a different price and hope you do not notice. Everything here is subject to availability at the time we confirm your quote.

Will you credit search me now?

No. Registering your interest is not an application and nothing here runs a search. If you go on to apply we tell you before anything is searched.

Is the monthly figure what I pay on day one?

No, and this catches people out. On a 3+11 profile the initial payment is worth 3 monthly rentals, so £2,550 ex VAT is due when you sign. It covers the first month, which is why the agreement costs 14 rentals in total rather than 12.
